"This would have been 5 stars if it were just about my agent, Michael Leach. The four stars is due to the frustration from filing a homeowners claim and how much effort it took on behalf of myself and my agent to get the desired result. My agent is thorough, determined, helpful and very easy to work with. The agency outside of this was not. I spoke a few times with the adjuster and while I feel the right decision was made, I feel it was made mainly because he was tired of dealing with me fighting for my home and what we needed done. I have had State Farm for over 30 years and have never had to file a homeowner’s claim. Any vehicle claim I have had to file in the past has been a smooth process.
